There are a variety of options for getting technical support when using Stagecast Creator, Stagecast Player or sims created in Stagecast Creator or EB Worlds by Stagecast.
Note: EB Worlds has most of the features of the standard edition of Creator. Much of the online support for Creator applies to EB Worlds as well.

Documentation: Downloading FAQ, New User FAQ and Troubleshooting FAQ, System Requirements, and other written documentation.
- Guides: Purchase the product and receive the Creator's Guide, which explains the Stagecast Creator features. The Teacher's Edition of Stagecast Creator also includes the Teacher's Guide, full of lesson plans and their associated sims. Independently-authored guides also are available.
- Within a Sim: Click on "About this sim" from the Creator menu to read comments from the author of a sim.
- Support Forum:
A Support Forum is available for members of the Stagecast community to ask questions and help others. Browse the topics to see if your question has already been answered. The forum is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Email support is provided for registered users who have purchased Stagecast products. We recommend you submit your support request online, for faster response. Email support is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Stagecast Creator Tutorial:
The interactive, 18-chapter tutorial that accompanies Stagecast Creator walks you through the basics of using Creator and beyond. If you downloaded a version without the Tutorial, you may download it separately, for Mac(5 MB)
or Windows (5 MB). Install the downloaded file directly within the Stagecast/Creator folder on your computer.
- Sample sims:
Our collection of sample sims may demonstrate features that you need help implementing in your own sims. Copy the rules or characters from the sample sim to your sim, and you'll be set.

A Stagecast training DVD, Stagecast Creator: Getting Started, is available for purchase
from our online store. In under an hour, the video goes over the basics of the software as well as more advanced topics such as randomness, variables, and the calculator.
