How to Order
When you're ready to order a software package directly from Stagecast, simply go to
our Stagecast Store Order Page
to order online, or order by mail, fax or
phone. Schools and home schools may order from Stagecast or from the
resellers that serve your area.

Payment Options
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Master Card
- Visa
- American Express
- Discover
- PayPal
- Purchase order (for orders by mail or fax only)
- Check (for orders by mail only)
Notes:
- Purchase orders for less than $200 must be accompanied by a check.
- All credit cards will be charged in U.S. Dollars.
- All checks must be in U.S. Dollars.
Package Delivery Options
Domestic (U.S.) Priority Mail:
This is
available for orders to be shipped within the United
States. No tracking of shipments is available with this method. Stagecast will not
be responsible for any packages lost in transit. An order for a product that is in stock will usually be shipped within 48 hours, via the
U.S. Postal Service. Most packages will arrive in seven
to ten business days, depending on where you live. Fee: $5.95.
Domestic (U.S.) Expedited (1-3 days):
This is
available for orders to be shipped within the United
States. This option provides complete package tracking services. An order for a product that is in stock will usually be shipped within 48 hours, via FedEx
3-day. Most packages will arrive in one
to three business days, depending on where you live. Fee: $15.95.
International Priority Mail:
This is a more economical
method of shipment for orders to be shipped to most countries other than the United
States. No tracking of shipments is available with this method. Stagecast will not
be responsible for any packages lost in transit. An order for a product that is
in stock and that is placed by 1pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday,
will in most cases be shipped that business day, via Global Priority Mail. Your order
may require up to 48 hours to process for delivery, however.
Most packages will arrive in two to five business days,
depending on where you live. Fee: $13.95.
International Expedited:
This is the
recommended method of shipment for all orders to be shipped to countries other than the United
States or Canada. An order for a product that is
in stock and that is placed by 1pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday,
will in most cases be shipped that business day, via USPS Global Express Mail. Your order
may require up to 48 hours to process for delivery, however.
Most packages will arrive in two to five business days,
depending on where you live. Fee: $34.95.
Back Orders:
If we do not have the ordered item in stock, the order will be entered as a backorder. The
product will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available, by the method of
shipment you originally specified.
Sales Tax and Import Duties
U.S. Consumer Orders:
All orders for products for the home or business are tax exempt with
the exception of orders shipped to California. All orders
shipped to California will be charged the appropriate tax
rate applicable to your location.
U.S. School Orders:
Most orders
from a U.S. school or school district are tax exempt. Please specify
your tax exemption certificate number.
International
Orders:
Import duties or
other fees may be levied when your order clears your local
customs. Please consult your local Customs regulations for
specific information.
Return PolicyThere is never any
risk when you purchase Stagecast Software. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a
full refund (less shipping and handling) within 60 days of
purchase.

Please include a
copy of your sales receipt, packing slip or invoice, along with
a brief note of explaining why you are returning your program.
Additional Policies
Stagecast reserves the right not to fulfill orders which are
incomplete or inaccurate. Stagecast will make reasonable
efforts to contact customers to correct information, but will not
be responsible for late shipments or shipments not sent due to
incomplete or inaccurate orders.
For phone orders, because incoming information is oral, Stagecast
shall in no way be liable to customers for any errors or omissions
in the transmission of calls.
Sales shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State
of California. Both parties submit to jurisdiction in California and further
agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought
in a court in San Mateo or Santa Clara County, California.
Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
Stagecast harmless from and against any and all claims, suits,
proceedings, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and
expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's
fees and costs) incurred by or imposed upon Stagecast except in
the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of
Stagecast, any of Stagecast's employees, its contractors or
agents, in the course of processing orders for Stagecast's
software.
