The directors of Stagecast Software, Inc. are:

Jeff. Cleary, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Wild Planet Toys

Jeff. Cleary is currently the Senior Vice President, Marketing, of Wild Planet Toys, a privately held San Francisco-based developer and marketer of toys and other children's entertainment products. Prior to this assignment, he led the Until There's A Cure Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS. Previously, Cleary was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at The 3DO Company, a developer and marketer of console and PC video games. At Stagecast, where he held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Cleary launched Stagecast Creator. As Vice President of Marketing and Product Development of Boys Toys at Galoob Toys, Cleary directed the significant sales and product line growth of the Micro Machines and Star Wars lines. Prior to Galoob, Cleary held several marketing/product development positions at RJR Nabisco/Del Monte Foods. Mr. Cleary is married and has two children who enjoy Stagecast Creator at home and at their grade schools.

Fidelia Kuang, President and Secretary, Stagecast Software

Fidelia Kuang, Stagecast's President, has been with Stagecast since its founding in 1997. During her ten years with Apple Computer, she held both technical and managerial positions. She was a key contributor to easy-to-use networking products from Apple and later led product development of Cocoa (the predecessor of Stagecast technology). A Stanford alumna, she holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Larry Tesler, Chairman of the Board and Treasurer, Stagecast Software

Larry Tesler, Chairman of the Board, has over 20 years of management experience and another 20 years of technical experience in the computer industry. He is currently Vice President of User Experience & Design for Yahoo! Inc and a Yahoo! Research Labs Fellow. Previously, he served as Vice President of Engineering, Amazon.com. Prior to joining Amazon, he served as President and CEO of Stagecast. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Scientist of Apple Computer, Inc., where he managed the AppleNet product division and various advanced development groups. He was the founding Vice President of Apple's Advanced Technology Group (ATG). There, Tesler nurtured innovative technologies such as MacApp, HyperCard, QuickTime, and AppleScript as well as education research projects like the Apple Classrooms of Tomorrow (ACOT). Tesler's prior technical career included seven years at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), primarily in its Learning Research Group. He contributed a number of ideas and techniques that have become common in graphical user interfaces. He holds a B.S. degree from Stanford University. Tesler is also a member of the board of directors of the Gorilla Foundation (Koko.org).
